These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Rydian Executive Transport website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Rydian Executive Transport provides premium chauffeured transportation in the Dallas, Texas area.
2. Website information and reservations
Website descriptions, fleet details, and other information are provided for general information and may change. Submitting a reservation request or quote request through our booking platform is not, by itself, a confirmation that a trip has been accepted. Trip availability, pricing, payment, cancellation, and other ride-specific terms are provided through the booking platform or directly by Rydian. Please review those terms and your booking confirmation before travel.
3. Third-party services
This site links to or embeds services operated by others, including Book Rides Online for reservations, the passenger app stores, and the Rydian blog. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy notices, and service availability. Your use of them is subject to their applicable terms. Rydian does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content or operation.
4. Acceptable use
Please use this site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its operation, access it without authorization, or submit false or misleading information through its forms.
5. Site content and availability
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, change, or temporarily make parts of the site unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rydian Executive Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or a third-party service linked from it. These terms do not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law, or replace the separate terms that may apply to a confirmed transportation service.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding concerning these terms should be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, subject to applicable law.
